Karmanos cancer surgeon Dr. David Gorski linked to 'skeptics' kingpin James Randi caught on tape soliciting bl*w job from young man - source

(NaturalNews) Karmanos Cancer Center surgical oncologist Dr. David Gorski -- already the subject of a Natural News investigation that has submitted numerous allegations to the Federal Bureau of Investigation -- is now linked to a "skeptics" kingpin caught on tape soliciting sex from a young man, according to sources.

Dr. David Gorski -- aka "ORAC" -- is the mentally deranged leader of an online hate group calling themselves "skeptics." An ongoing Natural News investigation has revealed that Gorski is just one of several co-conspirators who engage in online racketeering, identity deceptions and alleged cyber crimes to commit scientific fraud while destroying their targeted enemies in the holistic health realm.

Gorski is widely described as a pseudoscientist and quack, and collaborates with other purveyors of quackery and deception such as "Stephen P Novella; Kimball C. Atwood IV, MD; Mark A. Crislip, MD; Harriet Hall, MD; and Paul Ingraham," reports Child Health Safety. The words and phrases often used to describe David Gorski include "pathological," "Silence of the Lambs" and "psychologically unfit to treat patients."

"Gorski routinely behaves like a megalomaniac and has taken the vaccination debate down into the ‘cyber gutter’ with his vile and vindictive bully posts to anyone who dares to question him, typically attacking them with paragraph after paragraph of smokescreens, name-calling, and ‘e-bloviating.’ It’s a sure fire bet that whenever Gorski uses pejoratives like ‘quack’ and ‘science denier,’ he has zero interest in any logical or reasonable discussion," says Ty Bollinger, creator of the globally popular Truth About Cancer docu-series.

David Gorski urges his fellow science trolls to engage in "emotional warfare" by impersonating other people (using "sock puppet" trolling tactics) to spread fictional, highly charged accounts of horrible things that happen to parents who don't obediently surrender their children to endless vaccination demands. Gorski's deranged attacks also put lives at risk. He "built his platform of distraction and misinformation against the importance of the critical subjects of systemic detoxification and heavy metal toxicity for almost 12 years," Rashid A. Buttar told Natural News. "Initially during his attacks on me, Dr. Gorski posed as a single mother of an autistic child. But he was exposed as a card carrying member of an organization called Quackbusters by JB Handley, a self proclaimed group protecting the sanctity of medicine."

David Gorski's colleague was just convicted of massive medical fraud and sentenced to 45 years in federal prison

Gorski works at the Karmanos Cancer Center, the same facility where Dr. Farid Fata, a now-notorious cancer doctor, committed systematic medical homicide for profit by falsely diagnosing patients with cancer in order to profit from their "treatment." After a federal investigation uncovered the true extent of his crimes. Dr. Fata was sentenced to 45 years in federal prison.

From Advisory.com:

Fata pleaded guilty to numerous counts of Medicare and insurance fraud, soliciting kickbacks, and money laundering, and admitted publically that he had recommended medically unnecessary treatments. "I have been doing this for 30 years and this is some of the most evil conduct I have ever seen," says Brian McKeen, the malpractice attorney representing Flagg in a separate suit.

The investigation is not over, however. Additional personnel at the Karmanos facility are known to be involved in the medical homicide conspiracy, and additional names are scheduled to be released later this year as the investigation widens. "Attorney David Haron, who represents former Fata employee George Karadsheh in the whistle-blower lawsuit, confirmed to the Free Press Monday that an amended complaint was filed in late December with allegations against new, unnamed defendants," reports the Detroit Free Press. "The allegations and names of the new defendants will remain sealed for the next several months, according to federal court documents, while the U.S. Attorney's Office investigates the claims."

Natural News continues to urge federal investigations into Dr. David Gorski, and I have personally offered to testify under oath with federal investigators, during which I will unveil "bombshell" knowledge acquired during our ongoing investigations.

David Gorski tied to James Randi

As Tim Bolen from The Bolen Report explains about Gorski:

Calling himself “Orac,” Gorski writes in angry, hate-spewing prose, attacking his betters. He ranges from sniveling, to whimpering, to raging, about people, issues, and subjects in health care he clearly knows nothing about. He goes on and on. Where 100 words would do, Gorski uses 23,421. His personal insecurities are attached to every phrase.

Bolen also rightly identifies Gorski as part of an online hate group operating in the name of "science" which terrorizes the internet by seizing control of wikipedia and other online sources of information. Through the hijacking of online assets, this group of "skeptics" inspires pro-vaccine violence groups around the world to carry out rape threats and death threats against women who are attempting to protect children from the ravages of vaccine injury.

As Bolen explains:

...[T]hose “skeptics” need to be monitored by the FBI. Why? They meet the definition of “Hate Group.” The rape, mutilation and death threats against Meryl Dorey, President of the Australian Vaccination Network. (AVN) make a very clear statement about the reality of the international “skeptic” organization. The activities of Australian Skeptics, with their Stop the AVN subsidiary attacks, took the lid of off their formally secret plans. Tracing the “Die in a Fire” and “Just burn” phone calls back to top Australian skeptic leader, shoe salesman Daniel Rafaelle, the Stop the AVN head’s home telephone, brought everything out into the open. Remember, the Australian Skeptics, at their own “Amazing meeting” in 2010, gave Rafaelle their Top Award for his activities against Meryl Dorey and the AVN.

The so-called "Amazing meeting" in which these racketeering activities are meticulously plotted is, of course, the brainchild of "skeptics" kingpin James "the Amazing" Randi:

The so-called James Randi Educational Foundation (JREF) puts on the “Amazing Meeting” events where new “skeptics” are trained to manipulate the internet for their secret funders (10 million dollars in 2010). There is a video below of one of those training sessions. David Gorski is their center point. Susan Gerbic runs the “skeptic” group that controls all health articles on Wikipedia.

Here's a photo of Gorski sitting on a couch with James Randi. If you're wondering why Randi looks so frail, it's because his health is failing and he underwent a round of chemotherapy treatment in 2009 for intestinal cancer.

The Bolen Report publishes phone recording of James "The Amazing" Randi soliciting a bl*w job from some youngster on the Boardwalk...

Bringing additional allegations to the ongoing investigations of David Gorski, Tim Farley, Susan Gerbic and other co-conspirators, Tim Bolen of the Bolen Report has published shocking details linking Gorski to Randi, whom he describes as "soliciting sex from a young boy on the telephone."

The audio file, which was obtained from court records, is published at this link on BolenReport.com.

For context, consider this description of Randi's sexual exploits with teenage boys, authored by Michele Landsberg and published in the February 11, 1996 issue of the Toronto Star: (bolding added)

In last Sunday's column, I also referred to The Amazing Randi, a magician, and a member of the False Memory Syndrome Foundation's scientific advisory board. A couple of readers took me to task for apparently sneering at someone because he is a magician. What I had hesitated to mention is that the colorful Randi has been involved in a number of lawsuits. Part of the evidence brought against Randi was a tape of his telephone conversations, of explicit sexual content, with teenage boys. Randi has at different times claimed that the tape was a hoax made by his enemies to blackmail him, that he made the tape himself, and that the police asked him to make it. Whichever version is true, it's amazing indeed that such a person could be taken seriously as a scientific adviser in an organization dedicated to denying claims of child sexual abuse.

Visit this article to hear the recording for yourself.

Although the recording is not ideal in terms of quality, a rough transcript of the most relevant part of the conversation goes like this:

James Randi: When we get together, what are you interested in?

Young voice: Whatever you wanna give.

James Randi: Oh yeah? What's that include?

Young voice: It's up to you, I don't care.

James Randi: I've got mine, whatcha like?

Young voice: I like anything.

James Randi: Such as?

Young voice: Suck. Suck and everything.

James Randi: Do you blow?

Young voice: Yeah.

James Randi: How many inches ya got?

Young voice: Seven.

James Randi: How tall are you and whatcha wearing?

Young voice: Six-one.

James Randi: What are you wearing?

Young voice: (Unintelligible.)

James Randi: How you built?

Young voice: Pretty good... there's a lot to feel.

James Randi: Where?

Young voice: All over.

James Randi: I'll probably end up... (unintelligible)

...

Young voice: Can you get down to the boardwalk here?

James Randi: Well, probably, yeah....

Young voice: Do you know where Despy is? ... Do you know where the arcade is?

James Randi: Yeah.

Young voice: Well, that little restaurant next to the arcade. It's called Despy. That's where I got your telephone number from. There's three (unintelligible) here between the buildings, I'll be sitting in the middle one.

James Randi: What are you wearing?

Young voice: I've got a navy blue jacket on, light blue pants and white sneakers.

...

James Randi: You know some place we can go?

Young voice: Right under the boardwalk there's a little place we can go in...

James Randi: If I drive you around in the car, will you do a bl*w job on me?

Young voice: Around where?

James Randi: I'll find no place to drive. (Unintelligible) enough?

Young voice: Yeah, I guess so. If you give one back.

James Randi: We'll see. Okay it's twenty after three.

Young voice: Yeah.

James Randi: How about I see you there at four?

James Randi's partner Jose Alvarez...

You might have figured out by now that James Randi is gay. In today's modern society, there's certainly nothing wrong with being gay if that's someone's personal choice, yet Randi's gay partner, Jose Alvarez, brings a whole lot more criminality and weirdness to the table than you might expect... (identity theft, anyone?)

From none other than The New York Times, November 7, 2014:

Randi was all but marooned in the house — he was forbidden to drive while he awaited cataract surgery — and Alvarez had been forced to surrender his driver’s license, after a series of events that began on Sept. 8, 2011. That morning there was a knock on the front door. When Randi opened it, a pair of federal agents stood before him. They asked to speak to Alvarez. Outside, Randi could see two unmarked S.U.V.s blocking the driveway and at least half a dozen agents surrounding the perimeter of the property. When Alvarez came downstairs from his room, the agents explained there was a problem. They wanted to talk to him about passport fraud. They cuffed him and took him out to the car. Randi was left alone in the house, holding business cards from State Department agents, who, Randi said, gave him instructions to wait 24 hours before calling them.

The agents took Alvarez directly to Broward County Jail, where he was photographed, issued a gray uniform and registered as FNU LNU: “first name unknown, last name unknown.” In an interview room at the jail, he told an agent everything: He had fled homophobic persecution in Venezuela and had come to the U.S. on a two-year student visa. He met Randi and knew he wanted to stay with him. But when his visa expired, there was no way to renew it. He said he was given the name and Social Security number of José Alvarez by a friend in a Fort Lauderdale nightclub, and used it to apply for a passport in 1987. Alvarez told the agent he was deeply sorry for the trouble he had caused the real Alvarez — who he believed was dead but turned out to be a teacher’s aide living in the Bronx. FNU LNU said his real name was Deyvi Orangel Pena Arteaga.

James Randi then invoked his "sciency friends" Richard Dawkins and "Bulls##t" artist Penn Jillette to try to sway the court towards leniency. Via the NY Times:

Charged with making a false statement in the application and use of a passport and aggravated identity theft, Pena faced a $250,000 fine, a sentence of up to 10 years in prison and deportation to Venezuela. After six weeks in jail, he was released on a $500,000 bond, and he subsequently agreed to plead guilty to a single charge of passport fraud. At a sentencing hearing in May 2012, the judge considered letters of support from Randi and Pena’s friends from the world of art, science and entertainment, including Richard Dawkins and Penn Jillette... Yet exactly how much Randi — the master of deception and misdirection — knew about his partner’s duplicity, and how complicit he may have been in it, is unclear.

James Randi is, himself, a fraudster and deception artist

James Randi is best known for his cash challenges to practitioners of the "paranormal" sciences, whom he publicly mocks and humiliates by setting up contrived challenges where no one but himself can ever win.

As stated in this article:

During Randi’s long, soulful talks with Rawlins, Rawlins says Randi admitted that he planned on never paying out the $10,000 reward because, “I always have an out.” ... Rawlins further states that Randi plays policeman, judge and jury for his “challenge” tests, and “thus has never supported my idea of neutral judgment of CSICOP tests.” Rawlins said that Randi’s motivation, as revealed in a confidential memo Randi wrote, was keeping the issue quiet so the “irrationalists” would have nothing to crow about, because CSICOP could “not afford to wash its dirty linen in public."

Additional supporting quotes that describe James Randi's disingenuous hucksterism:

In 1986, James Randi, a principal figure in the organisation, received a grant of $272,000 from the MacArthur Foundation to see him through five years of hoaxes and attacks upon all matters spiritual, psychic or holistically medical. CSICOP activists stated their new case with clarity at the Fourth Conference of European Skeptics, in August 1990. Of special concern in this session was the popularity among Europeans of alternative health cures, such as holistic medicine and homeopathy. In our view [Paul Kurtz reporting], adequate scientific verification has not been made to support these fields. The European Skeptics at our meeting agreed that many of these practices can be dangerous to the public health. Unfortunately, government and health professionals are hesitant to criticise questionable therapies because of the economic and political power of their advocates.
- Skewed Psychiatric Hegemony and the Manufacture of Mental Illness by Martin J Walker

At the 11th European Skeptics Congress held in London in September 2003, almost a whole day was given over to 'debunking' complementary and alternative medicine. The contemporary CSICOP shows considerable interest in clinical ecology and environmental medicine, even publishing important anti-environmental health books. The organisation was also quick to side with those who claimed that repetitive strain injury and CFS are psychiatric in origin. The American National Council Against Health Fraud In 1982, US Representative Claude Pepper introduced three Bills in the House of Representatives.
- Skewed Psychiatric Hegemony and the Manufacture of Mental Illness by Martin J Walker

Four days after publication, Maddox himself arrived with what Benveniste described as a scientific 'fraud squad', composed of Walter Stewart, a well-known quackbuster, and James Randi, a professional magician who tended to be called in to expose scientific work that had actually been arrived at by sleight of hand. Were a magician, a journalist and a quackbuster the best possible team to assess the subtle changes in biological experimentation, wondered Benveniste. Under their watchful eye, Elisabeth Davenas performed four experiments, one blinded, all of which, Benveniste said, were successful. Nevertheless, Maddox and his team disputed the findings and decided to change the experimental protocol and tighten the coding procedures, even, in a melodramatic gesture, taping the code to the ceiling. Stewart insisted on carrying out some of the experiments himself and changed some of their design even though, Benveniste claimed, he was untrained in these particular experiments.
- The Field The Quest for the Secret Force of the Universe by Lynne McTaggart

In 1993, James Randi and John Maddox, together with other sceptics, travelled to France to disrupt the work and career of Jacques Benveniste, who was researching the mechanism of homoeopathy. After taking over his laboratory and pretending to replicate his research, they were still unable to disprove his results so they claimed that they had, mocked him publicly, and then pressured the French Research Council to withdraw his funding and throw him out of his laboratory. For serious scientists, the cost of such juvenile japes was often, personally, professionally and financially, very damaging. Although in its early days it was difficult to see where CSICOP was coming from, by the late 1980s its direction and perspectives were clearer. The organisation involved a number of prestigious scientific consultants and, while they could be said to be defending rationality, their purpose was probably better expressed as defending industrial science and attacking alternative philosophies.

More disturbing details yet to be published about David Gorski

What you have read here just scratches the surface of the details which are set to emerge about Gorski, Randi, Farley and other co-conspirators over the next several months.

The fact that David Gorski is still employed by the Karmanos Cancer Center makes me question the professional judgment of its managers and executives. It is noteworthy that convicted criminal fraudster Dr. Farid Fata committed medical homicide right under their noses, inside their facility.

What's interesting to note in all this is that Gorski is part of the deranged, mentally ill camp of skeptics who have managed to hijack wikipedia with their stilted (and pathological) view of medicine. You'll note that all wikipedia entries on Randi and Gorski are glowing reviews that leave out nearly every detail mentioned in this article, yet all the wikipedia entries on proponents of natural health, holistic medicine and complementary medicine are little more than defamatory hit pieces engineered by Gorski, Gerbic and a small number of other collaborators.

It's important to note that not all vaccine pushers are mentally deranged insane people. Paul Offit, for example, is not someone I personally see as being deranged. He's just misguided, financially biased and self-deluded about vaccine safety. But he's not in the same category of pathological madness and mental derangement as Gorski. Behind the curtain, in fact, I'd imagine that Gorski's behavior drives Offit up the wall. It discredits the entire vaccine advocacy agenda when people like Gorski are pro-vaccine. If Offit and others had any real strategic sense, they would tell Gorski to clap his trap before he makes all vaccine proponents look like sociopathic maniacs in need of institutionalization.

For my take on all this, over all the years of being defamed, slandered, attacked, lied about, threatened, stalked and even death-threated for my advocacy of nutrition and holistic health, I've come to settle on a simple, powerful, spiritual principle: When you discover the truth, SHOUT IT OUT far and wide, repeatedly and authentically, to as many who are ready to listen. And don't let anyone intimidate you into silence, for it is hate-filled bullies like David Gorski who depend on whistleblowers censoring themselves into silence.

Now, Gorski is suddenly realizing that there is absolutely nothing he can do to stop this Natural News investigation from coming out, day by day, month by month, until the full spectrum of horrific truth about Dr. David Gorski is laid to bare for the world to see.

Pro-vaccine shill Dr. David Gorski, linked to cancer fraudster, in cahoots with pharma to develop lucrative autism drug

(NaturalNews) Dr. David Gorski is an established pro-vaccine internet troll with ties to the Barbara Anne Karmanos Cancer Institute, notorious for experimental cancer treatments and drugs that have been fast-tracked by the FDA.

Karmanos is also where cancer fraudster Dr. Farid Fata had his clinic. Fata used aggressive chemotherapy treatments on cancer-free individuals, over-administered chemotherapy on people with no chance of survival, undertreated cancer patients, overbilled insurance, and defrauded the government out of $17 million.

Gorski consistently trashes holistic medicine and vaccine skeptics under the pen name "Orac" on the website ScienceBlogs, heavily sponsored by the drug industry.

In an effort to discredit "anti-vaxxers," Gorski's followers promote the use of "emotional warfare" on "anti-vax blogs." That ScienceBlogs post instructs other trolls to embellish sad stories full of tears and "unbearable grief and terror" about friends and family members who died of terrible diseases in an effort to push harmful vaccines.

The "more gross the better," the post reads. Gorski's followers claim that this tactic will work like advertising and influence the minds and decisions of readers on the fence about vaccinating. Make sure to add a few grammatical errors to make it believable, it continues.

'A true shill should be outed'

Gorski's commenters tell their fellow trolls to use an untraceable email address so their manipulations cannot be tracked. "The way to fight it [vaccine skepticism] is by sabotaging the anti-vaxers with crazy stuff that drives away undecideds," one post reads.

Gorski is a surgical oncologist at the Karmanos Cancer Institute and an associate professor of surgery and oncology at the Wayne State University School of Medicine, where he also conducts research for drug companies. This is where the problem lies.

Gorski has said himself that conflicts of interest (COIs) weaken scientific research, even when the science is sound.

"A general principle is that undisclosed potential conflicts of interest (COIs) are of far more concern and potentially far more damaging to the scientific process than disclosed COIs," he wrote in defense of vaccine propagandist Paul Offit, who's made millions off vaccines but routinely conceals that COI.

Gorski has also said that a true shill who conceals his ties to Big Pharma and pretends to be objective should be exposed.

But Gorski will not come clean about his own COIs, reports Jake Crosby, writing for Age of Autism. While Gorski is extremely outspoken about autism not being caused by vaccines, he mentions little about what he has to gain from this position.

Gorski poised to financially benefit from autism drug

It turns out, Gorski's employer, Wayne State University, has a lot to gain from an ALS drug called riluzole that could be used to treat autism, reveals Crosby, adding that Gorski is experimenting with that same drug to treat breast cancer.

The world's largest vaccine maker, Sanofi-Aventis, has a partnership worth up to $39 million with Wayne State. Sanofi-Aventis also happens to be the developer of riluzole, marketed as Rilutek.

"Therefore... Gorski has a reasonable expectation to receive money from a vaccine maker, even if it is through a third party," wrote Crosby.

In his Wayne State laboratory, Gorski focuses on the research and development of prescription drugs. However, he's working not to create new medications, but rather new uses for existing drugs, a process far more lucrative than creating new drugs from scratch.

"The potentially profitable drug Gorski is in the process of conducting a clinical trial for is the ALS drug Riluzole.... Amplifying the conflict further is that the same drug is also being studied for the treatment of autism."

At Autism One, a non-profit educational organization that focuses on autism, "the National Institute of Mental Health was handing out recruitment pamphlets for children ages 7-17 to take part as subjects in a clinical trial of Riluzole for its effectiveness in the treatment of autism spectrum disorders, and repetitive and stereotypical behaviors in particular."

Wayne State has lucrative partnership with world's largest vaccine maker

The clinical trial for Riluzole is being funded by none other than the Karmanos Cancer Institute of Wayne University, "the only university listed in the Yahoo! Finance stock summary of Sanofi-Aventis as being in a financial partnership with the company," according to Age of Autism.

In 2008, Sanofi-Aventis announced that it would be collaborating with Wayne State (as well as other partners) and could be making up to $39 million in payments over a five-year period to these partners. Gorski was chosen as the guy to conduct a series of clinical trials involving the company's drug, riluzole.

In short, Gorski and his team stand to earn millions from riluzole medication for autism, illustrating a great incentive to quiet vaccine skeptics about the link between immunizations and autism. If this isn't a blatant conflict of interest, than we don't know what is.

"Gorski's denial of being in the pocket of the drug industry stretches so far beyond what he is even regularly accused of," wrote Crosby, who confronted Gorski with this information:
Dr. Gorski,

This is Jake Crosby. I am doing a piece about your acknowledgment that disclosure of conflicts of interest is important, yet your lab at Wayne State University stands to benefit from Sanofi Aventis money for the breast cancer research you are conducting on a drug the company manufactures and markets, Riluzole, which is also being studied for the treatment of autism. Why isn't any of this disclosed on your blogs? I await your reply.
